What's your Exit Strategy?

Dear Members of the ECA,

As we have heard over the last several months, there is a looming crisis within our ranks. 65% of members in Alberta are 51 or older - with 105 over 60 years of age.

Many of you will be retiring in the near future. Can you honestly say that all arrangements have been made? This Members' Only Area is dedicated to facilitating the process of identifying your successor. You can complete a brief questionnaire to let potential purchasers evaluate your needs.

Unfortunately, changes are a fact of life these days. This is an area that can make it easier to match talent up with organizations that need good people.
